Fulfillment Times
Our products are custom-made and require production time before shipping.
Production time:
Average: 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
Over 95% of orders are shipped within 5 business days.
Over 75% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (e.g., USA):
Standard: 3–5 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
Standard: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.
Express: 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal service schedules.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
Territories We Do Not Ship To
Due to logistical or regulatory challenges, we are unable to ship to the following regions and countries:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions (Ukraine)
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Russia
Syria
If you attempt to place an order with a shipping address in one of these regions, your order may be automatically canceled, and you will be refunded.

Tracking Information
