  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.

  • Returns and refunds are managed in partnership with Printful, the primary provider for printing and shipping. Their policies apply to most cases.

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This applies to non-customized products.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

  • Notify us of your decision by email at info@tcrstore.com within 14 days of receipt.

  • Return the product to the address provided in our response.

  • Costs for return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, covering the full product cost and standard shipping fees (if applicable).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation).

    • Photos of the defect, damage, or error.

Printful will evaluate the issue and process a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Note: In such cases, return shipping costs may be covered by us.

Refund Processing Times:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
